1. General Provisions

By using the ForUdemy service, you agree to these Terms. The service is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. ForUdemy is a service for purchasing courses on the Udemy platform.

2. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed in Russian rubles at the current exchange rate. After a successful payment, the course activation coupon is issued within 5–30 minutes. If there are technical issues with activation, we either retry the activation or issue a refund.

3. Limitation of Liability

ForUdemy is not an official representative of Udemy. We are not responsible for changes to Udemy’s policies, course withdrawals, or other actions taken by the platform. We only guarantee delivery of the coupon, not the course content itself.

4. Prohibited Actions

Reselling coupons, using automated systems for bulk orders, and fraudulent chargeback requests are prohibited. Violations will result in account suspension.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
